Performance specification
The sand screening machine is a kind of high-efficiency fine hexagonal screen produced by introducing European technology. The screening process is reasonable: the large head feeds into the screen, the small head discharges the waste, the screen area is equivalent to 30-40% increase, the small diameter screen is adopted, the productivity is still high, and the particles larger than 60% of the screen diameter are removed. The increase of the rotating speed of the screen cylinder is close to the theoretical rotating speed of the ball mill, and the materials rush down from the near high point of the screen cylinder. At the same time, due to the high-speed bumping and collision of the hexagonal screen cylinder, the used sand agglomerates reach fine crushing and screening. The feed inlet is increased by 200 mm and the inclination angle is increased without sand plugging. The recovery of used sand is more than 96%.
6 × 16mm high strength and high hardness cold drawn stainless steel wire is used to weave the screen mesh. The tension mechanism is tight on the screen frame, which is not easy to wear and break. The service life of the screen mesh is more than 5 years. It is suitable for fine crushing and screening of old sand of wet and hot clay.
The ratio of the length and diameter of the sieve cylinder is increased from 1.5-2:1 of the old sieve to 3:1, which is not only
conducive to fine screening, but also has a large screening area and a long distance. Proper ventilation of the sieve body can make the hot used sand reach a certain cooling effect. The outer cover of the hexagonal screen is provided with a dedusting port which is connected with the dedusting pipeline, and the dedusting effect is good.
