This DGZ roller extruding granulator is our development of a new generation of granulation equipment. Working Principle of double roller compaction granulator :

A pair of mating gear roller is used as the working part for overstocking material. The type of working principle is continuous extruding granulation of positive-displacement. The plant can be adapted widely, and the end products possess higher intensity and uniform length. The shape of particle is cylindrical. The diameter of particle is generally from 3.5mm to 10mm.The rate of end products is ≥85%.
As the material is extruded by means of rolling of gears and positive-displacement compressing, Roller extruding granulator possess a wider adaptability to varying material, and is especially suited for granulation with thixotropy.The Scraping cutter installed inside made the particle have the same length.Wetness required for granulation and the particle granulated by this plant is lower and the particle granulated by this plant is more intensive than screw type granulator.

This machine by the motor drive belt and pulley, through reducer is passed to the drive shaft, and through the open gear and the driven shaft synchronous, relative to one another. Material from the hopper to join, after roll extrusion, demoulding pelletizing, and through a chain, transferred to the broken screen studio, sieve grain and separation of finished products (the ball), and then return material mixed with new material, and then to granulation. Main structure of double roller compaction granulator :

The machine can be divided into four parts:

1)The frame parts: machine body all installed on the rack with all the work. The machine frame adopts medium carbon steel plate, channel steel welded together, and through strict quality control and specific technical requirements, achieve the purpose of this machine is used, in the frame of four central has a hole for hoist, to use in the transport of loading and unloading.

2)Transmission connection parts: motor drive belt pulley, triangle, speed reducer drive, make the nose job.
