Disc Granulator
This series of disc pan granulator machine adopts circular arc structure and the pelletizing rate can reach more than 93%. The reducer and motor of disc granulator are driven by flexible belt, that makes the start more smoothly and the vibration more slightly. The bottom of the granulating disc is reinforced with multiple radiant steel plates to make the machine durable and never deformed.
The design of thickened and strengthen base even can operate smoothly without using anchor bolts. The main gear adopts high frequency quenching to double its service life. This machine has the advantages of uniform granules size, high pelletizing rate, strong and durable, etc.
