PRODUCTION LINE DESIGN: food waste is collected and transported to the processing station first, then enters the pre-processing system, the processing station sets up a processing line, the maximum daily processing capacity is 100 tons, the treatment line is equipped with a lifting device, a sorting device, an automatic conveying system, a crushing press, an oil-water separator, a fermentation bin and a deodorizing system

Operation process

(1) The kitchen waste is dumped into the receiving hopper by the transport vehicle, and the materials are automatically transported to the bag breaking sorting platform after unloading;

(2) The bag breaking sorting platform selects the non fermentable inorganic substances such as plastics, ceramics and metals, and the materials enter the subsequent process after sorting;

(3) There are many kinds of kitchens collected and transported back, some of which are large in size and have a long fermentation time, which has a certain impact on the overall fermentation effect. Moreover, the large-volume kitchens are wound together, increasing the force on the mixing arm, which will reduce the service life of the mixing shaft and motor. Therefore, in the stage before kitchen treatment, shredder and press dehydrator are used to press and dehydrate the kitchens respectively;

Introduction to main pretreatment equipment

1. Kitchen waste aggregate box

The kitchen garbage collection truck will unload the collected kitchen garbage into the collecting bin. There is a sieve plate in the collecting bin (to prevent blocking the screw conveyor) to roughly filter out the collected water and grease. The mixture of water and grease is pumped into the oil-water separator through the booster pump to achieve preliminary solid-liquid separation and effectively reduce material accumulation, The semi dry materials after drainage are sent to the next sorting platform by a shaftless screw conveyor.

2. Bag breaking sieving machine

The kitchen waste drained from the aggregate bin is transferred to the bag breaking sieving machine to select inorganic substances such as packaging bags, beverage bottles, porcelain and glass products, so as to improve the organic matter content of food waste, ensure the fermentation rate and ensure the normal operation of back-end equipment.

3. Double shaft shredder

The sorted kitchen waste is transported to the crusher through the conveyor belt for crushing. The particle size of the crushed material is about 10-30mm. The smaller the crushed particle, the higher the oil output rate at the rear end, the higher the dehydration rate, and the lower the moisture content of dry slag, which is convenient for better transportation and aerobic fermentation.

4. food waste dehydrator

The broken kitchen waste is transferred to the press dehydrator through the conveyor, and then pressed and dehydrated by the screw press for solid-liquid separation. The moisture content of the dehydrated dry slag is about 70%, and there is no water in hand.

5. Lifting system

  Screw conveyor can be divided into two types: axial screw conveyor and shaftless screw conveyor. In appearance, it can be divided into U-shaped screw conveyor and tubular screw conveyor. (shaftless U-shape screw conveyor)

6.Hammer pulper

Hammer pulping machine is the most widely used pulping machine, with a high amount of electrical products and good universality. Some hammer pieces are connected with the rotor. After the metal foreign matter enters the pulping machine, it only breaks the screen piece, and no major accident will occur. However, the particle size of the crushed material is uneven and there are many powders. Its structure is composed of feeding mechanism, crushing chamber (rotor, hammer piece, screen piece, toothed plate) and discharge part (fan, aggregate drum, dust collection bag) It is composed of three parts. During operation, the feed enters the crushing chamber from the feeding mechanism, flies to the toothed plate under the impact of the high-speed rotating hammer, collides and bounces back with the toothed plate, and is hit by the hammer again

7.Food waste warm tank (reactor)

The oil-water mixture filtered by the aggregate bin and the press dehydrator enters the oil-water separator of the food waste warm tank by the diaphragm pump for oil-water separation to extract grease.

8.deodorization System

The odor of the kitchen waste treatment station mainly comes from the pretreatment area and aerobic fermentation area.

9. Black soldiers fly larvae Breeding System

After food waste treatment, the feed can convey up into the bsfl breeding bed automatically, and the tipping machine will work 2-3 times per day. The breeding bed can produce around 1-2 tons of larvaes per period according to your demand. Around 5ton feed can produce 1ton larvae, and the larvae will stay in the breeding bed for 10 days then can harvest.

10. Black soldier fly separator machine

  The bsfl separator machine can sieve the larvae, larvae sands and sawdust. it has 3mm and 8mm mesh size and can produce 3-4ton per hour. the mesh size can be customized according to customer's larvae size.
