Main uses and features of the equipment
The machine is mainly used for granule processing in organic fertilizer industry. The surface of the granular material processed by this machine is smooth and smooth, the hardness is moderate, and the temperature rise is low in the processing process, and the nutrients in the raw material can be well maintained. Due to the low moisture content of particles, it is easy to store and greatly improve the utilization rate of materials. The low-temperature extrusion granulation process below 60 ℃ is adopted: the molding rate of once extrusion granulation is more than 90%, no return material and no screening. As long as the water content of raw material formula is appropriate, drying equipment is not needed. (if the extruded granular products need to accelerate natural cooling, a cooler can be installed) to measure the packaging. The compressive strength of the particles is greater than 8 n.
The equipment is compact in structure, stable in quality and suitable for 24-hour continuous operation. The simultaneous interpreting of the flat die and the roller adopts the latest thread gap adjusting device, which can reduce the over worn wear of the flat die and the roller.
